How can I eat hardly anything without anyone noticing?

Question:
It hasn't worked so far and then felt guilty after eating.

Answers:
just wen ur mom or dad or who eva lives with u, leaves the room, throw away ur dinner/ food. at my house, i have a chocolate bin which is filled with chocolate for school (like to have at my break), i take some to school but throw it away and sometimes wen my mom buys me choc and sweets or any kind of fatty food or drink, i just put it at the back of my wardrobe in my room and keep it there until i have time to throw it away. also, if everyone is having a pudding, say urll have urs later and then they will probably forget about it to ask u, if they do just pretend to eat it. also, as it is my summer holidays, my mom and dad are at work all day so i dont have 2 eat anything. wen my mom gets back ,she ses have u eaten u dinner or lunch or wateva and i say yes, i throw away wateva i wouldnt eaten and i make out i have eaten quite alot!! u need 2 make sure tho no 1 finds out cuz they will make u eat loads and loads, wen u eventually get thinner, wear baggier tops and jeans so u cant reli tell u have lost weight, only do this tho if u reli want 2, not every1 needs to be reli slim, if u are already reli slim then dont bother, if u want to lose abit of weight, thebn do some more exercises or just keep away from snacks, especially fatty ones!!!!! hope i have helped, but please make sure that u are serious about losing weight first, cuz there are alot of drawbacks, if you consider to lose lots of weight, yourll see what i mean!!
Don't starve yourself... it never works, and you'll gain the weight as soon as you starting eating anything.
well...if you are really worried about what you're eating, just put less on your plate. then there is less to eat.
but why are you so worried about eating hardly anything?
It might be a good idea not to starve yourself. The more regularly you eat, the healthier you get. In fact, Science proves that eating three square meals a day can help boost your metabolism, making it easier to burn calories and stop your body from storing unwanted fat. To keep from gaining weight, try to eat no less than two hours before bed and eat a healthy breakfast in the morning. You can achieve weight loss by following healthy diets like the South Beach Diet (which I recommend) or simply eating natural and organic meals (such as Vegan dinners, fruits and vegetables, etc.)
that's the reason why you DONT eat hardly anything
if your eating hardly anything, and people notice,
then your doing something wrong
i'm sorry if i didn't give you the answer you wanted,
but i've been there before so i know
it was a HORRIBLE experience
i couldn't even walk up my driveway without getting tired
I've looked at your other questions and seen that you must have a real problem with your weight, wanting to lose a stone in a week and not wanting to eat anything. Whatever size you are-I'm sure you look great!

Don't worry to much about what you weigh, just be happy. But if you want to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF! then lose weight the HEALTHY weight please. Other wise the weight will come back on AND MORE!

Good Luck! seriously
If you eat healthy there's nothing wrong with eating.
It's because you need to eat to be healthy. Not eating will leave you malnourished. Your skin will look more pale and sickly.

If you eat a healthy diet, you will stay small, or lose weight, whichever is the case. Your skin will have a nice healthy glow to it. There are plenty of sites on the Internet with good healthy recipes, and ideas to help maintain a low weight. You could even join something like weight watchers just to get some good ideas for a while.

Read up on anorexia and then tell us if you think starving yourself is a good idea.
Ok.. A) if you stop eating, your body assumes you're starving and STORES EVERYTHING... so you will gain weight and bloat because of your body thinking you don't eat at all--nutrition is the baseline of ALL good health! Mental, emotional AND physical! B) Its human habit to watch others, even in the most private pursuits like eating and sex. If it wasn't, eating contests and porn would be out of business. SO... if you KNOW people are going to watch in public and it makes you uncomfortable, eat privately. But definately eat. Starving yourself doesn't solve ANY weight issues and what people think of what or how you eat isn't something you really need to concern yourself over. What is important is that you are nourishing yourself in good, healthy, power packed ways that help you reach your goals.
Eh, tha' dun sound to heathy to me for starters, but, I guess you could try only eating when you're in front of ppl, so that they would think you were eating normally. Also, the only time you should feel guilty about eating, is when you've over eaten. I swear, you better not be one of those sticks with an eating disorder, I'll kew yew.
I don't know you very well, but this sound like an eating disorder. I mean you may not be anorexic or bulimic yet, but this is just what it sounds like it may turn into. If I were you I would get some help. See a nutritionist if you are worried about gaining (or losing) weight, and see a therapist, your guilt for eating may stem back from something that you aren't conscience of. Whatever you may think, this is NOT healthy for you to do, or to think of doing. Trust me I've been there myself, and I know what you are feeling, but it's just not healthy. Please take my advice and see a professional, I think you will be happy you did.
just the fact that you're even asking this question probably means you need to talk to someone about how you're feeling about yourself. You haven't indicated whether or not you have a weight problem so it's hard to tell if you're on your way to developing an eating disorder or not but trust me, you don't want to go there.
