you are already slim if you 113 so you dont need to lose much weight, just do some crunches and run. because running also works your ab muscles.
umm first of all you dont want to lose too much too fast or youll end up being skinny with alot of stretch marks...soo i suggest you do about 20 or 30 sit ups a day and it may take longer bt you wont have stretch marks.and you never kno if your metabolism is fast then you may lose the weight sooner
You need to learn patience firstly.
Then go on a balanced healthy diet reduce your calorie intake to 1500 per day and do a variety of excercise every day but not excessively. Get 8 hours sleep every day and drink lots of water. don't eat anything processed. Only eat fresh fuit or veg or oily fish like salmon. Don't read beauty/celebrity magazines.

Do in sets of 20. Say 5 sets. After 20 sit-ups/crunches, rest for 10 -15 seconds. Do another 20.
