Nothing you can do besides good nutriion and sleep. The following info might provide some insight into why.
Your ultimate height is predetermined by your genetics but can be affected through poor nutrition. Your pituitary gland basically produces the natural growth hormone in your body. At a certain height it will simply no longer produce the same levels of growth hormone to stimulate growth and at that point you've reached your predetermined natural height. There's really nothing you can do much to make yourself taller just things you can prevent to make yourself growth shorter like making sure your getting the proper nutrition

Another estimate, is to add 6 inches 2 ur fathers height and tke the average of that and your moms. Some people have excessive genes and some have the opposite.So you could be up to 3 inches taller or shorter than that mark.
Dont lift weights that wil stunt your growth as is effects he epidermis ( or something lyk that) in your lower back that controls your growth. Try get a lot of sleep too.

Just because your siblings are tall doesnt necerssarily mean you will be.
My grandad is 6'3, his brother 6'4 and his sister 6'2. My mom ( his daughter) was only 5'4, whereas her siser was 5'9!
Hope that helps, try find records of your height as a baby. So once you have found out what your meant to be, you will probably reach most of it by 16/17. and may a grow an inch or two passed that age. Milk only helps wen your pre adolescent and protien is for muscle
best way to reach ur maximmum hieght is sleep, but remember u cannot outgrow your genes. So just sleeping a lot isnt going to make you 6 ft 6 when your parents are both below 5 ft. But lack of sleep stops you reaching what you should reach.
i think your height is really good :) and there isn't much you can do to actually become taller, it's genetic bebe : / but you can stand up straight and sit ups straight to LOOk talller, it works :)
What's wrong with 5'7"? My husband is 5'7" and he got me! (I'm 5'8", long red hair, green eyes, built like the proverbial BSH, long legs, very high IQ). Any way you'll probably grow more. My sons have all grown until their late twenties. (My youngest was only 5'9" at your age and at 26 he's 6'3".)

2.Cycling daily 15 minutes , twice.
3.Balanced food four times in a day.
4.Sound sleep of seven hours at night only, avoid late night.
5.Share household with family members.
6.Listen to optimistic songs before going to bed.
7.Drink water each two hours in day.
8.Gain spiritual height too.
Not possible to do unless you have surgery that stretches the length of your legs.
Height is genetically determined unless you have a disease that affects your height or a brain tumor that does.

it is too late. you should have started the process much earlier, say at about the age when you were 12 or 13. height of a person mostly goes with the kind of height parents are having. still marginal alteration is possible by certain kind of exercises. one such exercise is swimming.
