What's a good Calf Muscle Exercise?

The only machines my gym has is standing or sitting and pushing your toes up as in a tippy toe stance. These exercise do not seem to "Fatigue" my calf muscles, yet it hurts the bottom of my feet.

Stand with your toe on the top of a curb and and raise and lower your heels. You can add weight by using a barbell. In the gym you can use any platform where youcan get your heels off the ground.
The best calf muscle exercise has to be stepping up and down on the steps! all you have to do is step up and down on some steps as fast as possible and you'll feel like your muscles are really working out:) plus, u don't even have to go to the gym!
Walking up steep hills helps. Also try stretching them I find that helps a lot as well. Do stretches like touching your toes.

What you do is bend ova and put ya hands between ya legs and grab your achilles and take ya move ya buttocks up and down You start in wit ya buttocks in da up position and go down holding it when you are in da down position.
