What would be an efficient workout routine for me?


Question:
i was looking through something that will take a short time span yet efficient enough...

I do go some decent workouts and it has helped me retain my fitness...But I am recently having a shortage of time and so i am looking for a shorter timespanned work out.

And I am not worrying about diet.I am conscious enough to eat just right :)

Can you help me?

You can workout 4 days a week for about 1 hour each time.
For instance:
Monday and Thursday-upper body
Tuesday and Friday-lower body and abs
Upperbody exercises could include;bicep curls
tricep pressdown
chest press
pec flye
lat pulldown
row
etc
Lower body exercises could include; leg press
calf press
squat
lunge
leg extension
leg curl
Abdominal exercises could include;crunches
leg lifts
torso twists
These exercises plus about 20 minutes of cardio should take less than 60 minutes a day.
Daily wake up at 5 30, go jogging, come bak, do push ups, and other exercises folliwng the magazine called men's fitness.This should do,ur physicality should be going fine.

By reading the first answer... I had to say... hubby uses the same magazine! :D well... sometimes...
He mainly uses the workouts from abs diet...
walking and swimming are the best excersices on earht. running tends to be hard on the skeletal structure. Walk briskly taking in the world around until u build to a sweat... then hopefully there will be water for you to swim in--- a lake a ocean, a pool,etc after the swim walk back dripping wet so u can air dry--- do it every day and remember to say hello to people on your path and listen to the birds and the like.
