I am a 15 yr. old boy is this a good work out routine and how long should it take until i see results??


Question:
i am about 5'5, 125, i wake up in the morning and before i eat i do the following:

75 Crunches
40 Leg Lifts on lying on my side
35 Squats
15-20 second Leg Lifts lying on my back
and 15 Push-Ups

then i go and ride my bike around the block twice and come back a repeat the process above

wow thats alot man you accually work out more than me and I can't say that to many people although I do about 200 pushups through the day and that half that many crunches. But I ride my bike alot more than two blocks. Expect results soon.
15 push up? i do liek 100 push up a day, i say 100 crunches, i say 50 squats, everything else seem find and you should do 5 min. nonstop jump rob
mmm lets see a good 2 weeks and u will start seeing results with a healthy diet of course
u nid less crunches. more leg lifts,squats and push ups. but overall these too much.
