I read an article that said you should work at least 30 minutes a day to stay fit and healthy...what are some good workouts I could do at home? I don't have any equipment except for dumbells, and I'm trying to do both cardio and muscle building.? Thanks

Pilates is excellent. They have a 10-minute workout program for each part of your body and you can do them all together for a 50 minute program of intense body working.
