O.K. What I'm about to tell you is not healthy...but it works. Got to a gas station and buy some Ephedrine. Make sure it's at least 25mg. (It will have guaifenesin in it, but that's O.K.) Then buy some No Doze (any caffeine pills will work, as long as they provide 200mg caffeine) and then buy some aspirin (get the children's 81mg aspirin.) Combining these pills is called an ECA stack (you can look it up on any body building web site.) Take one of each at the same time. Do this three times a day (you might want to start out doing it once a day) and try not to eat as much as usaully do (this is easy, since your appetite will be suppressed by the Ephedrine.) Once you get used to the ECA stack, start taking walks or jogging (don't overdo it.) and the weight will melt off. You could possible lose up to 10 pounds your first week, and 25 to 30 in your first month. Then try to live a healthier lifestyle.

the healthiest way, and best way isn't the fastest. Just good diet and excercise. Eat lots of fruit of vegetables instead of fatty snacks. In my opinion the quicker you take it off the quicker you put it back on.
Okay first you wanna change a few things about how you eat. You need to eat 6 (healthy) meals a day. Not three. Your digestive system needs to be constantly working. This will increase your matabolism. Eat every 3-4 hours. But not alot of food at a time.
Always eat breakfast! Oatmeal, maybe some toast, but no eating eggs and bacon everyday! Then have a mid morning snack, maybe some cottage cheese and fruit, or yogurt, something that is not too fatty. Then lunch is going to be the biggest meal of your day, not dinner. You wanna eat fish. If you don't like it, I suggest trying it again as it has so many health benefits for you. 4-6 ounces of fish, 1 cup of vegitables, and 1 cup of rice. You should eat potato's once every other day (and not french fries). Try not to get your carbs from bread, get them from your vegi's! Then you have a late afternoon snack (maybe a piece of cheese). For dinner you want to eat lite cause most people are sendentary after dinner, which means you will not work off the calories you took in. So eat a salad, maybe add some tuna or chicken to it, if you must. Try to avoid bread and pasta! Then for dessert you may have some fruit. And if you are a chocolate lover like I am, you may have one piece of Dove dark chocolate a day. The antioxidants in the dark chocolate are actually good for you. Another thing you must do is to cut out the soda pop completely and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Doing this alone can make you lose weight.
But you do need exercise. So first things first we need to get you going on cardio. Cardio will help clear your vessels of built up fat and strengthen your heart. If you have access to a exercise bike (low impact will be better on your knees) I would use that for 45 minutes a day. If its too tough break it up to 15 minutes 2 times a day. But eventually you should try to exercise twice a day, 30 minutes at a time if you really wanna lose the weight fast. But you need to exercise at least once a day to lose weight. Exercising will help you mentally as well. It will give you confidense in yourself that you may have lost due to mean kids at school. You will find that if you have a really good workout your endorphins will kick in and you will feel really good, almost a high kinda feeling. And if you feel good you will look good as well. Also, be patient. The weight won't fall off, but you could lose up to 3 pounds a week. Anymore then that would not be healthy. Well, I hope you take some of what im tryin to teach you to heart. There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?
Loosing a lot of weight fast doesn't mean to slim your tummy. It's not working that way. It's a long process to bring your tummy back in shape.
You are pretty the way you are , honey. Don't do anything bad to your body. And don't listen to people who want to sell you diet pills or other stuff. It is a dangerous thing.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Join a fun gym! I just joined Gold's and I love it. They have some awesome features like a women's only room and a "Cardio Cinema" which is basically like a movie theater but instead of seats its treadmills and ellipitical machines.
Having a really fun place to go exercise has motivated me beyond believe!
Regular exercise and a low-fat diet is the best and safest way to shed lbs.
