It seems to me that my arms, and thighs are disproportional to my body. I am quite the average weight, but the upper portion of my arms contain fat, making me look wider. My thighs also seem quite large.
Are there any specific ways to get rid of the fat?

Tight arm rolls/rotations work the upper arms and leg lifts while laying on your side tighten up the inner muscles.
My mom is 60yrs old and has the most toned arms and legs out there!
If that is you in the picture, then who cares about that pretty girl. I heard man like meat on bones.
