I believe if you do muscle training, it burns the calories and that your muscles need to turn fat into fuel. Also the older we get and the more sedentary lifestyle we live are two factors that are against you. I used to hate rigorous exercises but I was also so sick with my big pot belly. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful.
