Question:

Answers:
My protein shake is 30g .. zero fat.. zero carbs
at least 5 grams
umm its different for each person as their height and weight and activity levels are different.

Generally though about 50 grams is pusshing it.
THAT DEPENDS ON A VIRIETY OF THINGS, LIKE BODY WIEGHT AND HEIGHT, AND WEATHER YOU WORK OUT OR NOT.

FOR THE AVERAGE EVERYDAY PERSON, ABOUT 30-50 GRAMS IS A HIGHT PROTIEN NUMBER PER MEAL.

IF YOU WORK OUT AND ARE TRYING TO BUILD MUSCLE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO INGEST 1 GRAM OF PROTIEN PER EVERY POUND YOU WEIGH... SO IF YOU WEIGH 200 LBS... YOU INGEST 200 GRAMS OF PROTIEN PER DAY.

I HOPE THIS HELP YOU OUT A LITTLE BIT
is one food you mean?
1/2 cup of beans-8grams
2tbsp peanut butter-8grams
1/4cup of cashews-5grams
1/2 cup pasta-7grams
kashi go lean cereal-13grams

2 slices of whole wheat bread-6grams

Well, for a female of average height and "ideal" weight (meaning you're at a healthy weight) you shouldn't be eating more than 3 ounces a day.

Yeah, how crazy is that?!

Most people (me included) eat waaay more than that. It's not really a "bad" thing, but the amount that health officials advise is way lower than what people really consume.

By the way, there are about 28 grams in an ounce. :)
I try to take in one gram of protein for every pound of lean body weight.
