Here is what I did to loose weight: Drinking plenty of water will fill up your belly so you won't feel hungry any more.

I drink lots and lots of water. Add some lemon juice to give it some flavor since it can be a little bland.
Eat foods that are high in protein to keep you full longer.

A good way is to snack ... a great thing to eat is almond nuts or any kind. They're a great snack and put on hardly any weight. (To lose weight drink lots of water)
Try drinking Chai tea, it will fill you up. Add a little honey and it will kill your sugar craving, too.
Distract yourself, find something you enjoy doing, and stay physically active. Clean your house, go for a walk, go hiking, etc. You're more likely to eat when you're sitting around at home, watching TV or being bored.
