Alot of running to the bathroom. Go to Alli.com and read the message board. I was gonna try it until I heard all the side effects people are having. Be warned some give way to much info and it's pretty nasty sounding. But from everything I read it is just very loose bowels.
The weight loss pill ALLI has some very nasty treatment effects for people that eat too much fat at once.The fat is not absorbed and is released as a oily discharge.They also say to wear dark pants and stay close to the bathroom.
