Excersizing moves... Please help!?

I am 23 in a few weeks, generally really fit. I put loads of weight on after having my son, and then again after my daughter. Altogether i lost 8 stone and down to my little figure again... only problem is i have love handles (fat lumps on each side of my back) from carrying my daughter and i can't get rid of them. Are there any excersizes which are great for that area?. I work out several times a week, i eat a healthy balanced diet, walk a lot and also dance at every chance i get to the radio, but they dont seem to be going down!! :(

Unfortunately you cannot do exercises to reduce fat in a specific area. Cardio exercise and a healthy diet will generally lose fat all over the body. You sound like you have the cardio bit and the diet bit worked out, so it's just a matter of time til you burn off the excess fat.
However, you can tone the muscle in those love handle areas, so that as the fat is burned away, the area looks firm and toned. Standing up straight, hold a dumbbell in each hand (quite a heavy one, the heavier, the more toned the muscle will get). Lower one side down and raise the other. Come back to the starting position and thn repeat on the other side. Do 2 sets of 10 to begin with, but gradually raise the number of reps/weight.

You should probably try doing ab exercises and see if those work.

Its not possible to 'Spot' reduce. when your body needs to burn fat it will take it from wherever it wants to.
