The problem with eating the same kind of food too often, no matter how much you like it, is that it is possible to become allergic. I have a couple relatives, for instance, who are allergic to soy. Soy, and its various forms, like tofu and soy milk, certainly can be eaten many times in different ways but there is a risk of becoming allergic. Another relative ate melons every day for a summer or 2, and now is allergic to melons. Then, there is the risk of just getting tired of eating the same thing.
Chicken can be fixed many different ways (stirfry, kabobs, roast, baked, fried, soup, sandwich, diced with noodles in a casserole) but after eating the same thing for a month or 2 you may be sick of that thing for a year or 2. Eggs are another dish that can be cooked many different ways (fried, scrambled, poached, omelettes, eggs benedict, quiche, etc).

O.K. This might surprise you, but if you want something that you can eat over and over again without gaining weight, you might want to check into pancakes and eggs and bacon. All you have to do is run a few miles every morning after you eat it. Nothing is healthy if you eat too much of it. 100 apples will make you fat.
Vegetables.
provided you're not allergic to veggie's . the Native American diet is the healthiest that there is. the children of Israel refused the King's provision & chose to eat lintels(beans) instead..after a period of time, their servants said they were much healthier than the ones who did eat the kings diet.
veggies,,,,,& try some Boiled eggs.take out yokes most of them anyway.their full of protein,,i often sprinkle them over salads,which too are good to eat every day. & dont forget the Fruit group! lots of luck & i hope this hasnt confused you.but rather helped you.
I like mushrooms, edamame is pretty good as well, oh and hummus with celery is good. I do enjoy a good salad every once in a while as well.
Man, there is some good healthy food. I've really gotta start eating better.
Veggies, lean meat and complex carbs. They help you burn body fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
