What's the best food to substitute for a fattening food craving?
Question:
Answers:
Pickles help most cravings subside. Something about the saltiness. I've heard the same for peanut butter, but my mum had cravings for pb itself so I'm not sure about that one.
What I TRY to do (it does not always work) is when I want something I picture a fruit or some healthy snack in my head. Also chewing gum or having tic-tacs weirdly stops cravings because when you have a craving you usually just want something to munch. Also, I picture myself super fat after I ate the suger and I feel I don't want it. The key to getting rid of or keeping nasty cravings away is being busy. If you don't have time to think about food then you don't realize or don't get cravings. Hope this helps!
