Diet question?

I've heard of diets that a lot of celebrities like angelina jolie use that is eating like 5-7 smaller meals every day and eating lean protien such as lean meats and fishes and lots of veggies. If anyone knows a lot about this diet could you please help me to understand more about it such as a list of other foods that fit into it or maybe provide a website that talks about this diet.

If you are really into your own health, you can get this information just by reading health magazines, for allot of people eating is a way of life not a diet. Start young to understand this, eating 5-7 meals translates to "eating only when you are hungry and only one serving" eating only lean meats fish and veggies translates from cutting out fat content and triglycerides and getting complete proteins from such sources, like all the health magazines talk about.
You could make up your own diet/life style, with information, celebrities have lots of time and money to get all the current information, and adjust their lives to make informed decisions.
Seeing how Angelina Jolie looks now, I wouldn't recommend any diet she does; however, eating 5-7 meals every day with lean protein and veggies is a fantastic idea.
