Answers:
How to Grow Taller

Growing taller by increasing human height is a complex process that involves genetics in addition to a balanced diet and exercises. Human genes play an important role to determine your final height. However, there is ample proof that a balanced life style will significantly increase your prospects of growing taller.

Steps

1. Eat a well-balanced diet that is rich in calcium, iron, and Vitamin D, (Vitamin D will help your body absorb the calcium in the foods you eat). This can help promote growth if you're still young.
2. Stand up straight. Good posture helps you sit and stand taller.
3. You can also try sleeping more if you are still young as sleeping will straighten your spine. (Unless you have scoliosis, then the more your spine grows the more of a curve you can develop.)

Tips

* Take time out to research foods that are rich in calcium and iron.
* Remember that your height is dependent on your genes. But just because your parents are short does not always mean that you will be. They may have unexpressed genes for tallness, or may have experienced environmental factors that prevented them from realizing their genetic potential.
* If you aren't happy with your height, and you are a girl, try wearing pumps.
* At night, before you go to bed, drink a glass of milk. You can also eat a few green vegetables such as lettuce, celery, etc. These are extremely high in calcium!

Warnings

* Remember that you probably can't grow significantly taller. Try to be happy with your natural genetics and don't fight too hard!
* Taking lots of calcium without vitamin D is useless. You need vitamin D for absorption of calcium!

milk, tons of it a day
Eat food in moderation..Excercise regularly.. Maybe.. Jump on your bed or something :P or drink milk and do those exercises or games that require jumping
I am 15 5-4 I have just learned to live with it
just to warn you though you may not grow taller i have been the same height since i was 14 and im 23.
You can go swimming, play volleyball, badminton, basketball... Every morning, jump high many times...
You may or may not still be growing at 16. By 18 you are pretty much finished though (there are exceptions). However, what you eat will not affect your height. Your height depends on your genes. How tall is your mother and father, and their mothers and fathers? Of course, you won't be able to predict down the exact inch..

By the way, I am 5'4'' and a half, and though I used to wish I was taller, everyone always tells me it is the 'perfect height'! Be happy, it just means you have more guys to choose from. ^^

PS. There are always high heels for an extra boost, though you should not wear them every day if you want to take care of your feet and back.
I don't think there is a way. Just give it time. Why not wear heels?
Drink pleanty of milk, and follow the food pyramid best you can! Keep exercising, and working hard.

Most importantly get pleanty of sleep! The human body grows more when you sleep, so that's very important. Good luck!

Since you are still within the growing age , you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:
