Ok new diet... safe??
Question:
Answers:
Well, I don't think you'll die today from it.
It doesn't sound like a healthy long-term diet.
Also, you should know that the less you eat, the slower your metabolism runs. You're actually doing yourself a dis-service.
Try eating 6 small meals to keep your metabolism up. You need protein... I don't see any protein in that diet. And ramen noodles? Bad! Salty! Retain water!
Try whole grain cereal for breakfast with skim milk and some fruit. Then a mid-morning snack of some cottage cheese and fruit. Then a lunch of tuna salad (with low-fat mayo), and some veggies. Mid-afternoon snack of an apple or rice cake and peanut butter (reduced calorie). Dinner of a veggie soup, whole grain toast, and salad.
This seems like a lot of food, but notice there is no sugar, and no white flour. You'll never last on your diet, and you'll gain all your weight back.
No it is not safe. You are lacking in way to many things, You are not getting enough protein, calories and fresh veggies etc.
No no no no. that is NOT safe. like the user above said, you are lacking many nutrients that keep you healthy. if you want to diet, you should talk with your doctor about the right type of diet for you or else you could become terribly unhealthy.
