If I want to work out at 9 pm....?


and I go to bed around 11 pm, will this generate it difficult to go to sleep?


Answers:    no i don't focus so. after u take a shower you will be fitting. But the nights you don't work out and want to shift to bed early it will be complicated because your body is not tired like it usually is around this time.
Generally, yes. You can go and get your body into the habit, but it will purloin a while. Go to bed later or workout sooner.
