Answers:
Some of this is your age...you are almost at the point where your body will totally start to change.you probably won't recognize yourself in a year or so.

What you need is to exercise so that as you grow, you will also gain muscle and not fat.my grandson, who is just your age put a chinning bar across his doorway.you can also work out in a gym, lift weights (carefully), and can even do that at home in your room. Running for endurance, etc. are all good for you. Just do what you can...the rest will come sooner than you think.

I have one grandson who was slim up until about 16...then started to grow. Today he is all muscle and buff looking...not at all the same. So time does change things.
try this. build muscle n lose body fat http://www.thefatlosssecrets.com...
some of my friends have drank this thing called muscle milk and it did wonders for them in that area.
eat protien foods first and then start working out. Also eat some beef.
"Genes my friend.. You'll learn that in high school soon don't worry!"
eat
I am very skinny and underweight too. I found that the only way for me to gain weight was to build muscle mass. Just hit the gym. Don't try the protein drinks until you believe you've gotten the most from your workouts without the drinks. Then go for the drinks.

When you work out, go for heavier weights and less repititions.
