Treadmill VS. Elliptical!!?
Question:
I want to lose some weigh, and build up stamina. Which one is better for doing that?
Answers:
The elliptical is low impact which is important if you are using it a great deal. It is great for losing weight.
There is, IMO, nothing like spinning to give you serious stamina.
Two classes a week for six months to a year will make you run circles around other people.
I don't know which one is better, but I have a suggestion. If you have room fopr both, go to yard sales. I just bought a treadmill at a yard sale for $50. They had $100 on it but just wanted to get rid of it. It is like brand new, and it even has the power incline on it.
definitely the treadmill i dont really think the elliptical is a very effective way to build stamina the treadmill is worth the money and u can change the speed, u also burn calories much faster so u will definitely lose weight
If you can stand for long periods of time I would say the treadmill. For around $300 you should be able to get one with presets with a range of walking/running speeds. You should also be able to get one with incline for that price.
This will work stamina because as the more you walk, your body gets used to it and then you can walk further as you go on.
You can also try Proactol. It's a diet pill that is 100% organic and 100% natural. Proactolâ„¢ has been clinically studied on its ability to bind to dietary fats.
It gives a 6 month guarantee.
