Does anybody know what technique is best to lose fat on your stomach?

Question:

Answers:
cardio and cutting calories.
sit ups and swimming
Are there any other ab exercises that are really common in the gym but you wouldn’t recommend to your clients?

DG: Unfortunately, many of the abdominal exercise gadgets on the market are ineffective and sometimes even unsafe. I would stay away from the Ab Roller or Torso Track because these machines can create muscle imbalances. I'm also not a fan of machine crunches because these machines - like all machines - stabilize your body and isolate the rectus abdominis, which doesn't allow for true functional movement. Let's see, what else? Russian twists on a roman chair with a plate sound like a good way to ruin your lumbar spine. Torso twists on a machine fall in that category too

sit ups are pretty good for that
"Lots of exercise! It's not a magic. Try thinking for a year or so..."
rowing machine.
Try some sit-ups and ab crunches.
But try not to use any machines as much as possible!

The truth is spot reduction usually doesn't work. U always end up losing last in the spot which u wanna lose first...
So just exercise consistently. U'll soon see the difference!
i reckon doing sit ups and cycling too, long distance cycling every other day.
Tell the idiot tyo get off you!
actually, you can't spot reduce. cardio will help you lose weight all over, whereas crunches and other ab exercises will build muscle in that area, which will make your muscles more prominent, but the fat will still be there. if you're lean all over but you can't get your abs to show, you could be retaining water. water itself is a natural diuretic, so drink at least three liters a day. to help with your stomach, try using glad wrap to help sweat off the extra water in that area. i can't think of anything more humiliating, but it works for me.
Brisk Walking will help you burn tummy fats and lower body fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach.
