What weight would you recommend for me?


Question:
Im 15 years old and 5"5.7 (167cm) tall and weigh in @ 95.7 pounds (43.5kilos)
what weight would you recommend i be?
(Im currently trying to gain weight.)

**also. please note, i'm not naturally this thin, i was 142pounds but lost quite alot, to the point where i need to re-gain weight

According to that Ideal weight is 135 pounds for your height. You're way underweight
you went from 142lbs to 96lbs!! in how long...


you should be in between 110 and 130, little more wont hurt
you shoudl weigh about 115 lbs at is good but the most you =should weigh is 150
