Hey. I've been doing the ripped for a while now, and I think it's really good. If I had to recommend a Billy Blanks Ab worlout, it would be from the original bootcamp series. It's simply called Ab Bootcamp. You can find on ebay i'm sure. The Rockin abs and buns he does use a bar. They show you how to do it without the bar, but I find it pretty pointless. Try one of those two.
Hey there! I workout to the "Ripped" series too! I like it a lot--especially the 8 minute segment, for when I'm in a hurry! I'm SO into buying products that help abs...So, to let you know what I've bought, and what I want to buy, that you would probably benefit from are these:
1.) "Hip-Hop Abs"--by Shawn T. This has a lot of standing moves/exercises to tighten up your abs! However, it's a little pricy! 2.) "One Minute Workout" by Minna Lessig. This workout dvd is AWESOME! It has over 300 (one minute) exercises, and you can customize your workout by how many minutes you want to do, and which body part you want to exercise...Really cool! I bought this on ebay, but Walmart online has it too! I have yet to see it in stores--anywhere.

3.) You should buy the ABDoer! Seriously...I bought this in 2001, and I still use it regularly everyday! It is so awesome! The new ABDoer out--is called, "ABDoer Xtreme"...comes w/a dvd too! Think about this one!
