40 Extra Pounds?

I need to lose 40 pounds FAST. Honestly...does anyone know any safe ways for me to lose it in a month? I really need to lose weight in my stomach, back and arm area. I am sooo tired of this weight! I can't afford going to a gym or buying other food besides the food my mother brought. I just need some basic steps. HELP ME.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They help to increase your metabolism rate and burn body fats.

Go brisk walking, they are great for trimming the tummy.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

You will never lose 40lbs in a month, so just let that idea go.

I lost 40 lbs, but it took me 6 MONTHS.

Eat healthy and watch your portion size. It'll come off alittle slower than you would want it to, BUT, it will STAY off.

If you lose 40 lbs in a month (won't happen), you would gain it all back in a heartbeat.

Eat veggies and fruit and nuts and beans. Shop in the outer part of the grocery store and eat all natural. NO PROCESSED foods or foods high in sodium.
If you need to lose weight fast i suggest protioning what you eat. about half of what you would normally eat. and on top of that work out. you don't need to go to a gym to work out. you should be able to find good routines on the internet. ex. Metacafe. there are videos on working your mid- section only using your couch and 3 minutes of your time a day. Go outside and jog. and if you do not have a weight set of any kind and do not have money for one you can fill up milk jugs or fire extinguishers even work. just be consitent.
I lost 40 pounds but it took four months. I used the South Beach Diet. SBD is great for belly fat, as that is what burns off first. Basically, omit ALL carbs from your diet for two weeks, even fruit. This will detox your system from sugar cravings. Then you may add healthy carbs back into your diet one at a time. Only healthy carbs like whole wheat, steel cut oatmeal, not instant. You can check out the website for more info, but I would recommend getting the book.
