My mulit-vitamins expired in june, should I stop using them?

It is impossible to know when drugs actually 'expire' to the point where they break down chemically and stop working. I would stop taking them and just buy a new bottle. For the price of vitamins, it's worth knowing you're taking something that is still chemically stable.
depending on how you have stored them they probably have just lost potency.
Most vitamins don't even digest so most will not 'expire'!
