Eat a lot of ice cream.
eats tons of junk food, dont work out, pretty much not healthy food. but if i were u id stay that weight

Your weight is perfectly healthy, but if you really feel the need to gain some, you may try adding protein and strength training to your regimen. If that doesn't work, you may have ti accept that this is the body type toy were meant to have.
You probably have a very high metabolism. you need to eat alot of red meat, red meat is full of vitamins and minerals, carbs and protein, it will add mass and weight to you. Red meat has no fat. So start eating.
You probably just have a fast metabilism. I have a hard time gaining weight too, my body just burns calories faster than other peoples. Try eating 3 meals a day but be healthy, if you are eating normally then you should be healthy. God just made some of us skinny. Anyways, eat healty foods and eat normal amounts.
Maybe work out, ya know muscle weighs more than fat.

don't go w/ the junk food. eat LOTS of proteins like t-bone steaks. it'll work quite well!
ok Here I am try ing to loose weight and you're trying to gain weight. I'd say eat a lot. Work out less, and eat chocolate. Chocolate is basically what gets you fat. Thry dark chocolate if you like. Good luck in getting fat
Eating 3 full meals or 6 small meals. Protein helps. Meats, eggs, beans, and while junk food helps it can make you sick, and very unhealthy. Good luck!... Hope this helps ;-)
eat things that are high in protein like nuts eggs and meat etc.there is this drink called ensure that will do it .make sure you don't try and do it the wrong way by eating junk and not exercising there is a big difference between getting fat and and gaining healthy weight my bro who is 17 and is 6'0" weights 200 pounds and looks like he is 150 and he exercises every day but still manages to gain weight

Hey there, gosh you'd be making a lot people envious by not being able to put on any weight!
Ok what you need to do is:
1. Increase how many meals you eat per day and aim for 6 small meals
2. Increase the level of protein and carbs. Carbs being rice, pasta, cerals, breads, potatoes etc
3. Use suppliments, go to your nearest health food store explain your situation and they will be able to best assist you in what type of formula you need.
