Is this healthy?
Question:
breakfast:cream of wheat and a fruit
lunch:a can of corn and a fruit
dinner:tuna, tofu,a can of peas, and baked beans
Answers:
its on the healthy side. but you need a bit more fruits/vegs in your diet and maybe whole grains
If you eat this everyday...probably not, we need a variety of nutrients...
big macs and chicken wings should round that diet out.
That's all very healthy. You should add a good 9 or 12-grain bread, and some more fruits and veggies. I don't know how old you are, but if you're still growing, add 3 glasses of milk a day. You can have non-fat, low-fat, soy milk, whole milk, or buttermilk. It's good during your growing years and full of calcium. Add some nuts for a snack. (like almonds or peanuts.) Don't walk around hungry. :)
Im afraid it isnt really that great. It lacks nutrients and there isnt a good balance in the food groups and to be honest it doesnt sound very appetising either. Think would you serve this to friends? My dietician always used to ask me this.
Carbohydrate (preferable wholemeal/grain) should make up the biggest proportion of your diet but you have very little (its very dangerous to not have it), you have a weird mix of mainly protein in your dinner and lunch is a bit bizarre. You should aim to have 3 meals and 3 snacks a day to keep your metabolism going and you do need some fat in your diet. Think omega 3 and also calcium.
you need more grain type things maybe a little more meat too
You are missing alot of nutrients and vitamins eating such a narrow diet. Canned vegetables don't have as much nutrients as fresh or frozen, they lose alot during processing. They can also have alot of salt added, which isn't ideal.
I think you should eat a more balanced diet, with something from each of the food groups, remember fresh is better than canned.

No at all. Even thou all you are eating is healthy, you are not eating enough. You need to vary your diet also in order to don't get bored.
