I need some help picking out some things to help me lose weight, get cut, and strong for 5 month period Help?

Question:
I am leaving August 12 and will be back December 14 because I am dorming at my college. I am trying to lose weight and get strong for baseball, Pitcher. I would like to add some MPh to my fastball around 7-8 mph. I want to know what products would help me lose the weight and help me get stronger and cut up. No steroids or anything that is banned from collegiate sports. I will workout and have a routine but i just would like to know what are the good fat burners and things to help me get lean, not bulky. THANKS

Answers:
well you will want to do some curls and bench press and if you know of some exercises for triceps do those to that way you can work on your arms for strength...you will lose some of the fat just from lifting because the muscle will replace that fat
you should excersize 3 times a week, no more than that or you will overdo yourself. you have to at leat eat 5 times a day breakfast snack lunch snake and dinner, but make sure for dinner you eat a small amount cus after dinner you sleep and that already turns into fat and theres nothing you can do about it. Take out mayo and white bread only eat wheat you can eat ham or turkey its good. Make sure to onyl use i cant believe its not butter its the best for you, try not to eat oily foods and drink water and for breakfast eat a special k bar with some orange juice or apple jiuce it had to be 100% not artificial or anything.
i'm a trainer for a collegiate baseball team, and i don't recommend any products. its all about diet, exercise, and DISCIPLINE. try to make your calories count. in other words, don't eat a lot of junk food, alcohol, that sort of thing. as for adding some velocity, the only advice i have for that is to really work your shoulder, core (abs and back), and legs, because those are all major contributors to ball velocity.
bottom line, don't try to make your body something its not designed to be. and honestly, a lot of pitchers, even at the college level are not as cut and bulked up as people think.
i thinko you should take a diet that low in fat and eat a lot of vegetables. You also should exercise a least 30 minutes every day.
Eat a lot of protein. Chicken, good lean beef. For a snack, nuts are really good as well.

Heres an article on protein:

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn body fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
