Will this give me muscle??and lose body fat?


Question:
ok, im 5'8' im about 17 stone(245lbs) roughly.
ive got a really big build, like people dont mess with with me even though im short!lol
anyway, i work out on weights for an hour every monday, tuesday,thursday and friday.. i eat 2 raw eggs at 9 every morning and eat chicken and whole wheat bread at about 11:30am, then i have the same again about 3pm, then at 6:00 i eat chicken, rice and mixed veg(carrots,collyflower and greenbeans) then about 9pm i eat some fruit(grapes, apple and some nuts), then before i go to bed i eat 2 raw eggs...
i wnat to know will this help me burn fat and build more muscle?

The chicken is full of protein, also turkey, all fish and whey protein will help you out as well.
that seems like a really good diet. Lots of protein for your muscle building. However, one of the best vegetables in the world for losing weight is celery. You lose more calories eating one than it has. Otherwise, I would add some more veges.
