Yes, eat 6 small meals a day of veggies and fruits... eat 1/2 your plate, set it aside for 20 min and see if you want the rest..if you do fine, if not..dont...drink lots of water, exercise three times a week doing 1/2 hour of intense exersice...dont eat anything white..no white sugar, flour, salt, milk...nothing white...eat raw sugar or honey, whole wheat (and do not alot of breads) and eat summer fruits..they have enzymes that help loose weight..do not eat nothing diet...no diet soda or diet anything...and do not eat anything after 7 at night...if you have to eat sweets, do it on a day of exersice...you should drop quickly, lots of water...lots of water...then more water...within three days you will quit having to go so much...hehe also walk for at least 10 min everyday...you should be on your way to lower sizes and a healther heart
