What should i do for a 6 pack?

what should i eat?
How many calories a day?
should i just live on fruit?
how many sit ups a night?

Answers:
Cut back on all high fat foods. Eat raw or steamed vegetables, do sit ups and leg lifts. Do cardio workout as well you have to get the fat off so the 6 pack will show threw. Good luck it ain't easy for most people but you can do it. You just have to stick with it.

six pack of what? just go to a grocery sto- heck, go to a gas station and theyve got plenty of six-packed stuff (Marlboros,Camels,Cola,)
you dont HAVE to live on just fruits/or veggies JUST for abs. your 16 (same here) so you should be in high school still right? if so join wrestling (thats what i did) and since the conditionings so intense, your GUARANTEED cut abs, 6 pack, watever you wanna call it. lol. trust me, join wrestling. however if you dont wanna do that, then do sit ups, crunches, 6 inches (you lay on your back, legs straight out and you lift your legs up 6 inches with your legs straight not bent, and try hold it there for a minute or two, or longer), and do all those morning and night and eventually youll get abs
sit ups runn to lose extra fat if you want to get and awesome workout wat i do i go on top of my swingset hang upside down from my legsand do situps youll be getting you six pack strengthening your legs and working on endurance
