Flabby abs?!?

Question:
I have a layer of fat over my abs that I hate! I can feel abdominal muscles under the fat so what can I do to get rid of the fat?? Ive heard cardio but I am already doing that! What else can I do??

Answers:
You are stuck. Doing abdominal exercises will make you stronger and make your abs bigger, but fat is not "spot" reducible. The only way to make your abs show more is to trim the padding that is over them. This means reduce all of the fat on your whole self. Cardio is an excellent way to do this.
If this isn't working, you need to re-examine yourself. There is a very good chance that your abs are great looking. Us girls should naturally have a little softness and it is not bad for your health or your looks. You don't want to get a cut looking abdomen and head off to the surgeon for breast implants, right? If you are not almost fat-less, the more you build your abs, the more the little chub over the muscles will protrude. Get your fat levels measured and that is what you need to work on. If they are in a good level, all the crunching in the world isn't going to help.
that is the exact same problem that i have i have been cutting out the junk food and carbs and so far its working so you may as well give it a shot
