I need to loose weight before school starts!?!?

i am 12yrs old, and i weigh around 170 -175 lbs, and i am 5'5 or 5'6. im not heavy... but i feal i need to loose weight in some areas. does anybody know a healthy way to loose weight fast?

Hun, there is no healthy way to lose weight fast. Sorry to have to tell you that! If you really feel the need to be healthy, eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, eat lean meats such as fish and chicken (without skin) and get plenty of exercise. It can be as simple as dancing around your room at night to your favorite songs or taking the dog for a walk. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. I have tried many diets over the years and the best thing I did to help me shape up was to eat healthy, drink water and get moving. It might not go as fast as you want it to, but if you keep at it, it will become routine and before you know it, the weight will have melted off! Please, hun, don't try any crazy fad diet. They don't work and even if you do lose weight, you will gain it back quickly plus a little more! Trust me, I speak from experience. Just eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, get plenty of sleep, and get moving! Good luck, sweetie.
there is no healthy way to loose weight fast. the best you can do is eat healthy and exercise! i suggest going vegetarian, and adding other protein sources into your diet, such as tofu, nuts, nut butters, and soy products.
i lost 10 kilos in a week by eating:
a strawberry thickshake once a day, but exacly like this:
5 largr stawberries
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of yeast
half a lemon
1 tablespoon of pain yogurt

This works a treat after you eat this you must...

go for a 15 minute jog

you can also eat other things during the day but just try this above and you should loose weight very soon. good luck.
start eating healthy. And actually, if you want to lose weight...the more you snack on food(HEALTHY food) throughout the day, the better it is for you. But you have to eat food like fruit or nuts/legumes(think of what you would feed a child) make sure you eat breakfast. Exercise daily...but don't over work yourself! Make sure you take a day off or else you could hurt something. And do dynamic stretches[like lunge across a field, or do high skips, or stretch your thighs while you walk...JUST KEEP MOVING!] BEFORE you work out and do static stretches(stretch at a stand-still) AFTER you work out.

Drinking three glasses of milk a day also helps you lose weight
As does drinking lots of water and eating 3 apples a day

walk... walk everday... walk the dog, walk the neighbors' dog, walk up the street, down the street, walk to the park (with a friend of course, never go alone)..walk to the library,
walk and talk on your phone (if you got one)..

but you'll see results in a couple of weeks
