Has anyone had any good result with a product called Cal Max?
I have flabby pecs. what are some pec exercises I can do OTHER THAN BENCH PRESS to tone em up?

I do not know Cal Max but have been taking CAL MAG which contains both calcium and magnesium. It has helped to stabilize my calcium level.
I SUPPOSE IT IS A CALCIUM SUPPLEMENT. MOST OF THESE SUPPLIMENTS ARE USELESS. BETTER GO FOR GLASS OF MILK TWICE A DAY.
