Do i still need to lose weight?

im 16. i weight 109 pounds. im only 5'0 ft.
some people told me that im still fat.

Overweight is 25 to 30 and obese is over 30. To improve your body image just tone up.with resistance exercises to improve your contours.

Your not fat so don't believe that. I have a 14 year old who is 5'2 and weighs 90 lbs and people call her Nicole Ritchie. You be what you want to be and don't let anyone put you down you have your whole life to worry about your weight as long as you don't go crazy your fine.
