Did I eat TOO MUCH today?

b: bowl of cornflakes, cup of soy milk, banana

l: natural peanutbuter sandwhich on whole wheat toasts, 2 cups of grapes

d: whole wheat macaroni soup (just macaroni and pure tomatoe juice) 1cup watermelon

WORKOUT- 1/2 hour cardio 1/2 hour stregnth training

handfull of hazelnuts
1cup grapes

I FEEL SO FULL AND SO FAT

Is this too much for someone who is 5 feet 95 pounds?

Honestly I think your eating healthier than the average person. What your eating and the amount your consuming is better than stuffing your face with fast food. However I will recommend incorporating salads, more vegetables and a protein shake as a meal replacement into your diet. This way you will not feel as full.

The reason why you feel "full" is because you had a lot of protein of soymilk, banana, watermelon, peanutbutter, whole wheat.

when you eat fruit after you eat a regular meal it clogs your digestive system, so basically it sits and rots in your stomach because it doesnt digest regularily after it is mixed with another food substance..for example...eat dinner..then eat a apple afterwards...it will cause a tummy ache and gas.
actually, the other poster was wrong. you are not a perfect weight. your an ugly twig, sorry to say. do you have **** or an ***? you probably have a boyish figure. im sorry to sound so harsh, but if you were trying to find a compliment, your not going to get one here. and no you didnt eat too much. healthy but you need to add lean meat and protein. good luck!
