Losing FAT losing FLABS ... help!?

Question:
ok... I am 6'2 (187cm) and weight 176pounds (80kg)

I work out EVERYday ... sometimes even twice a day !
I do at least 30minutes of cardio and lot of weights per session.
I even take protein powders so that I can gain more solid muscles...

The results I am getting with my shouders and chest are pretty good. but the problem my 'tummy' !

I am kinda worried about that because when I was small... from 7yrs old to 11yrs old I was REALLY FAT ! As I grew taller and with more sports - by the time I was 12 or 13 I was tall and quite skinny with a hunch back and everything(even then I still had the flabs on me stomach)

Then from 18 up until present I have been in good shape... HOWEVER! those flabs have been there all the way throught!

now I am 24. In my early 20's I have tried losing weight a few times ... everytime I lose my lean muscles become real slim and skinny but the flabs...STILL THERE!

will it ever go away ?

any kinda tips would be appreciated

Answers:
thats weird, i would say its genetics b/c u are pretty tall and dont weight a lot, When i worked out alot i was about 5'8 and 180 and i didnt look fat or have flab. for some people they can work out all the time and eat right but the 6 pack just will not come due to genetics. i would say your going to have to start eating better then u are, cut the sugars and fats outta your diet and start doing cardio 3 times a week. once you do you cardio you will still have to weight train so you dont lose muscle, the mixture of cardio deiting and weight training should get rid of the flab but it will take 4-6 months most likely.
Its just your body type. Thats were the fat goes to first in your case. Some people get fat in their thighs even if the rest of their body is quite thin nad for them its 10x more visible for them. I also have a little stomache fat even though I'm 15, 5"11 and 150-155 pounds, but it doesn't bother me in the slightest. You're at a very healthy weight also.
You should absolutely be able to lose it, if it's fat. I know that a person can have extra skin from being heavy, At some point in their lives. And obviously, that has to be surgically removed. If it is, in fact, fat this is a great website you should check out:

It specializes in abs & losing ab fat. But it also covers nutrition & diet, as well as wrok out plans.
Good luck!
