Whats your opinion on getting a diet coke whilest ordering a super sized big mac combo?

The diet coke will help you keep the fat..aspartame messes with your digestion and breaking down of fats. Plus you will retain more water.
But whatever..Isn't it ironic that since nutrasweet has been on the market obesity has SKYROCKETED!!!

I got used to the taste of diet coke, so a regular one tasted weird to me.
i do that because i am used to the diet coke because it is not as sweet , i like the taste better, i know that it isn;t going to let me eat whatever i want though.
What's the use? You might as well just enjoy the regular Coke, too.
I actually think scientists in the future will find that table sugar is healthier for us than all of those "diet" chemicals, so I advocate people drinking regular soft drinks...just VERY FEW of them per month, like one or two.
It meanas you're downsizing the intake of calories and sugar in your meal, and getting the fat from only one place (the one that tastes better) rather than from two.
well some ppl order diet coke because they like the taste better...and even if you do order it for health reasons it does save you a few hundred calories or so
No one should really be eating/drinking either of them. Big Macs are way bad for you and Diet Coke gives you cancer. =)
Well, I know you are gaining a lot of calories in the combo, but at least you're saving some calories. In my case, i like how it tastes, regular soda is way to sweet for me.
I do it all the time because a love diet pepsi ! and you are saving yourself from consuming a bunch of calories.

First, I would say that whether it be Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, or any brand of soda doesn't really matter. They are all going to be bad for you anyways. So, I think for the most part, people who order a super-size combo meal and a diet coke, they know inside that the diet coke isn't going to help them at all- I would assume that they prefer the taste of Diet Coke to other brands of soda.
same opinion I have when I go to work out and it makes me so hungry I eat double!
