Can I really lose 75lbs in 3 months?

Well I'm trying to lose 75lbs by November. I exorcise for 15 min a night. I mean I weight 200 and I'm 5'9 but I can still feel my ribs and hips pretty easy (even if I can't see them). My stomach does not hang over my pants and so basically my thighs are horrible. Can it be done?! And how!? Because I'm not seeing results?! I mean does the fact that I've been smaller then a size 5 my whole life ( I'm 18) help me lose it faster then if I had been overweight my whole life? Or does it not really matter?

it's not healthy to lose more than 3 pounds a week. if you lost 75 pounds in 3 months, that would be more than 6 pounds a week.

at your height, 125 pounds is too skinny anyway. i'm 5'7" and weight 175. i have a large frame and can carry it, but i'm pretty healthy and well proportioned. you could try to lose 2 or 3 pounds a week and see how you feel in november. if you want to lose more weight, keep doing what you were doing until you get to a weight that is comfortable.

to lose weight, try doing cardio for 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week as well as crunches and pushups. start with 10 and work your way up. cut back on fats, oils etc. and eat three meals and two snacks a day, making sure you eat plenty of veggies, fruits, whole grains, lean meats, low fat milk and drink lots of water.

If it was even possible to lose that much that fast, I think you'd have loose skin hanging. Not pretty. Give your body time to adapt to the weight loss.
Thats funny.cause I wanna lose weight by Nov also. I will say the most you can lose is 30pds by Nov, Um you will need to exersice for about an 1hr more...You should just go running, its great..
