10 - 15 lbs?


Question:
If I eat eat healthy no more than 1000 calories a day, drink only water 5 or more bottles a day & exercise/run/lift weights for at least one hour a day would I be able to drop 10-15 lbs in 20 -25 days? If I'm 5'2 & 119 lbs?

why the hell do you need to lose 10-15lbs if your already that small...
even though your short 119lbs is not bad at all...

unless theres a reason behind it...other than wanting to be skinny as ****...
