You can't spot-reduce fat. Your body puts it on and takes it off in its own way. If you really want to trim that midsection you need to get your body fat down below 13%, and that means strict diet and exercise. You may be able to make your abdominal area appear smaller by doing crunches and other abdominal exercises, but if you want six-pack abs or even a little definition you have to get your body fat way down, and for a 13-year-old the diet and exercise regimen may be unhealthy. So my advice is try to eat the good-for-you stuff, try to avoid the bad-for-you stuff, exercise every day, and work your abs every other day. Good luck!
Due sit-ups everyday.
Work on abs. Sit ups, push ups, u no what i mean and dont worry...if yu are even 3 lbs over wight and its in ur stomache it makes u look bigger bhut ur not. It should take u 2 weeks to loose with a little diet and the exercises i said.
Seems like you want to look more like a woman. The fact is, you are not...you're still going through puberty and developing. So just be patient and let things happen at the right time.

Unfortunately, you seem to be doing what too many young girls do - give too much attention on your apearance and trying to grow too fast! Just eat right, practice some aerobic exercises and enjoy your youth. Concentrate more on doing better in school, and being a daughter your parents will be proud of! Good luck!
Ah yes, I used to have a huge tummy. I just lost weight, and when my stomach was normal again, I stopped.
