Do you think I will lose weight if I...?

To maintain a healthy lifestyle & get back to the size you want to be try this:
Lots of Cardio & weight training. do 30-45 minutes of strength training 3-4 times per week followed by 45-50 minutes of cardio 5-6 times per week. do your strength training 1st, it burns more calories. I also do loads of crunches prior to & after cardio. Also walk more during the day. Take a walk on your lunch break, walk to the store, aim for 10,000 steps per day a pedomiter is a great idea. The more active you are the more calories you will burn & the more weight you will lose.
That being said, never underestimate the power of a good diet (by diet I do not mean fad diet, I mean healthy eating) Try making small changes, if you really love a certain food that is ok, just cut down your portions, you don't need to deprive yourself to be healthy.
Try to cut down on your calories, eat lean protein, and whole grains - bread is not bad, so long as it is whole grain & high in fiber, also eat your veggies & drink lots of water. It is best to eat 1200-1500 calories per day, if you eat less than this your metabilism will slow down, making it harder to lose weight. NO fast food, no soft drinks (diet or regular) no eating unless you are hungery.
To stay healthy & not get discouraged remember this:
It is not recommended that you lose more than 2-3 pounds per week. Rapid weight loss can be dangerous & is hard to maintain. losing weight is difficult because 1 lb is 3000 calories, so you must burn 3000 calories per pound you want to lose.
if you really want to lose the weight you are going to have to use dicipline & work hard. your health is worth it!
You may need to eat a little better or do things to speed up your metabolism along with the exercise.
probably or your metabolism was high and is beginning to come down
ur sure to lose weight then; make sure u eat healthy food, but dont starve youself to death. when i say 'healthy food' , im referring to fruits, vegetable, and low fat foods . mmk. well good luck! <3
dont eat so many swiss cake rolls
Probably. Keep in mind that the older you get, the slower your metabolism gets. It's the sad truth of life.
Yes I've done it, and I need to do it again. If you diet though, you can lose it faster.
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
