Is it true that your hipes should be half your height in inches?

Question:
I was freaking out because I'm 5'5" and mine are 37.

Answers:
No lol, it's your WAIST that should be no more than half your height in inches. So if you are 5ft5, your waistline should be no more than 32.5 inches.

As for your hips, there is no measurement they should be for your height. That depends entirely on your pelvic structure.
I never heard of that.
