I wanted to tone up on my upper body and i dont really have much weights or much time to go to the gyms so i just do basic push ups n stuff...any tips excercises or what not that can help me improve
Answers:
Do 20 sets of as many pushups as you can do every other day. That's really all you can do for your upper body other that crunches. But there's many variations of pushups that you can do.
Decline pushups --preferred by the mass builders.
Diamond (hands in close) pushups -- works more of the triceps.
Farther grip pushups -- works more of the chest.
