What more should i do?

ok i would like to lose 2-5 pounds this week i know its not healthy to lose 5 but just this week i need to lose them by saturday im running for 30 mins a day and 30 a night and do diffrent exercises also im watching what i eat no carbs i have seen no results in the past 3 weeks that ive been trying to do this so what more can i do?

If you are running you NEED carbs. Your body is freaking out right now and thinking it is starving, so it is saving every tiny bit it gets and therefore you aren't losing weight. To lose weight from excercise you've got to give your body the fuel to sustain the work out. Trust me you will lose weight if you give it what it needs because it will be using it all.

I hate to say this, but if you want to not eat any carbs and lose weight then get yourself to the couch with a remote. Your better off.
well what I do is eat 3 meals a day and three snacks. I have lost weight and not gain it back. I eat my meals very small though, half the plate is full of cooked veggies and the other half is protein with very little bit of carbs. For my snack I eat a light yogurt or fruit, like an apple. I do lift weights,squats and do some cardio. I do cardio an hr daily and lift weight every other day for an hr too. Well I also avoid all kinds of junk food, fast foods, and soft drinks. I stick to real food and plenty of water. hope i helped, good luck
Split your meals in half portions. Eat half your meal, and then eat the other half mid-way between the next meal. This will keep your body metabolism going and help burn calories. Make sure you drink 8 cups of cold water a day. This will also help you to lose a couple of extra pounds. No carbs isn't healthy. Your body will store what you do have in fear of not having enough in the future. Reintroduce a healthy portion of carbs to your day. Good Luck!
