How long will it take to lose 20 lbs?

Question:
if i dont eat ANY sort of sweets, chips, fast food, & bread and drink about 2-3 liters of water a day...how long do you think it will take to lose 20 lbs? thanks. (:

Answers:
About three months. (2 lbs. a week) Piece of cake.

Also, you don't want to take any bad advice, such as not eating breakfast. Breakfast will boost your metabolism for the day, and is VITAL in losing weight. If you're going to skip a meal, skip dinner..
2 pounds a week = 2+ months!
well it might take you 2-4 months depending on how much calories you eat and how much you burn
Its unhealthy to lose more than 2 lbs a week, so if you keep it at that speed you should lose 20 lbs in 2 1/2 months.
Hi Sara! I want to loose 20 pounds also.I started my Diet today.I never eat Breakfast and I had a Apple for lunch and a 100 calorie pack .For Dinner I will eat a sensible Meal.I would say by the end of Sept or the 1st of Oct if you keep up the good eating habits and some mild exercise you should have lost the 20 pounds.I am also going to measure my self when I get home after work and write it down and every week measure my self and see how many inches I have lost.Good Luck
