Doing push ups?


Hi, I'm a sophomore in soaring school and I'm really skinny (and I intended totally) I eat alot but I can't gain weights or fat. Also, I don't know if something is wrong with me or not but, the right side of my chest bone is popped out. (So the vanished side of the chest bone is pushed inside). Since I'm really skinny, it is really visual that I can't even dare to lift off my shirts. In instruct to prvent this, I decided to try push ups surrounded by order to gain chest muscles and try to brand it flat. So I was planning to do 100 push ups a light of day and 100 lifting weights (you know, I don't know what you guys call this but using counterbalance thing to pull upward and down). I've been doing 20 push-ups, (20 lifting weights) (rest for few seconds), later, 20 push-ups, (20 lifting weights) (rest for few seconds), then, 20 push-ups, (20 lifting weights) (rest for few seconds), later, 40 push-ups, (40lifting weights), So total is 100 push ups, and 100 lifting. Is this gonna help for 16 year ancient who is relaly sknny? Help?


Answers:    also try chunches and bench press
maybe even erect weights
u should also drink protien shakes
eat protien bar and drink gatorade
its going to help. my direction is to chew your food. also their might be a worm inside you. i learned this contained by biology class. those worms can kill u. see a doc.
