Regardless of whether or not you're hungry, you need to eat breakfast. Even if it's just a banana and some juice, that's better than nothing. Not eating will mess up your body.

When dieting, not eating breakfast is a big mistake. Eating breakfast gets your metabolism started. Even if you don't feel hungry, have something. By the way, eating 2 pieces of toast won't ruin a diet, but try to keep the carbohydrates low, especially first thing in the morning, else you're likely to be hungry for them all day. Carbohydrates get converted to sugar and stored as fat if you don't exercise enough.
Breakfast is very important when dieting. You will have more energy for your day and also if you wait too long to eat, yes you may be hungry later but by then it is so late in the day you never have a chance to burn it off. If you want to stick to a diet go with weight watcher worked wonders for me and it was free. I neevr went to meetings I just followed the points program and the weight was melting off but you must be commited as in any diet. good luck to you.
skipping breakfast never a good idea, it slows down your metabolism, when u wake up have a little something i suggest a fiberful carb and a protein like scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast or whole grain cereal and milk, this will help keep u full throughout the day and stop cravings also its a nice kick start to your metabolism. hope this works
I havent been eatin breakfats for months, but maybe once or twice a month, but i have been loosing 3- 4 pounds a week
You need to eat at least a little something for breakfast as this will get your metabolism going a lot stronger which in turn will start the calorie burning process earlier in the day.
You need to eat breakfast even if it's just a muffin or fruit..not eating just makes u more hungry as the day goes on and then causes u to eat more at one setting.u should eat small snacks through out the day also...

A good diet allows you to eat smart and not starve yourself. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You are breaking a self imposed sleep fast and your body and mind need food.

Funny you should mention that, I myself don't usually eat breakfast simply because I am honestly not hungry for anything in the morning. If I do eat something, I feel "fat" don't ask me why...but I do.
Anyways, I can't really disagree with the facts...that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Because that's what gives you your metabolism jump start for the day and wakes your body up.
.*But like I said before, I seriously am not hungry in the morning...I mean I don't "not" eat at all or anything. I will usually be hungry around lunch time or so...then after I have lunch, I find myself to again, not be hungry at dinner time either.??.
Hmm.weird huh...I know.
